Browsing the site

• No accounts, no sign-in, and no cookies set by us.
• We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure page speed. They are cookieless and don't track you across other sites; visits are recorded anonymously.
• Our servers keep short-lived request logs (as almost all web hosting does) that we don't use to identify anyone.

Clicking a registration or lodging link

"Register" and lodging-search buttons pass through our own redirect so we can count how many people each event sends toward registration or hotels. For each click we record the time, the event, the page you came from, and your browser's user-agent string. We do not record your IP address, and there is nothing in a click row that identifies you personally.

Lodging searches open on Hotels.com or Vrbo (Expedia Group brands). We may earn a commission from bookings, and to attribute them those sites set their own tracking cookies once you arrive — that's governed by the Expedia Group privacy policy, not ours. Registration links go to the event's official source, under that site's own policy.

The director form

If you submit or claim a listing on the directors page, we receive what you type — your name, email, and event details — and use it only to verify and manage that listing. Contact details are never published unless you opt in on the form, and we don't sell or share submitted information with anyone.

Children

The directory lists events, not people. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and our crawler never collects player names, rosters, or any information about minors from the sites it reads.
