For directors · Tournament websites
Your tournament, on a website of its own.
We build a fast, search-ready website for your tournament: every division and fee, hotels and the venue, and a Register button that goes to your registration. $499, once.
What's on it
The questions coaches and parents ask before they sign up, answered before they have to email you.
Age divisions with entry fee, games guaranteed, and format, plus the gate fee. The numbers coaches compare first, in a table they can read on a phone.
Your stay-to-play policy and hotel block, the venue with one-tap directions, and anything families should know before they drive in.
A big Register button that goes straight to your registration, whatever platform it runs on. We never sit between you and your teams.
Your branding, your domain, your page. It doesn't say TrueTourney across the top.
Built to be found
- schema.org SportsEvent markup, the same structured data behind every TrueTourney listing, so Google and AI assistants read your dates, location, and fees as facts
- A share preview card, so the link looks right in group texts and Facebook posts
- Fast on a phone at the field: no page builder, no plugins, no pop-ups
- Google Search Console set up under your own account, sitemap submitted
- Your TrueTourney listing claimed, verified, and linked to the new page

Tournament website
$499one-time, per tournament- One page for one tournament, with everything a family needs on one scroll
- Design, build, and launch at your own address
- Hosted by us, so there's nothing to install
- One round of revisions before launch
- Live within a week of getting your details
- Hosting included for the first 12 months
After the first year, hosting is $179 a year. Changes later, like next season's dates and fees or a new look, are $175 an hour, quoted before we start. No contract, and the domain stays yours.
What it isn't
Nobody can honestly guarantee a spot on Google. We build the page the way search engines read events, and set you up to see your own search numbers.
Your TrueTourney listing stays free and shows up exactly the same whether or not you buy a website.
Teams register and pay wherever they do today. We only link to it.
The domain and the content are yours. If you ever leave, take the files with you.
Request a website
Tell us about the event. We'll reply within a day or two with a short scope and a payment link. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
Questions
Where does the site live?
We host it, at an address that's yours. If you have no site (or just a Facebook page), that's a domain of its own, like springclassic.com. If you already have a site, it's a subdomain like tournament.yourclub.com, and your site's menu links to it. Either way, pointing the address at the page is one DNS record, and we walk you through it.
Do I need a domain already?
No. We'll help you pick one and register it in your name; it usually runs $10–20 a year, paid to the registrar, not to us.
What do you need from me?
Your divisions and fees, dates, venue, registration link, hotel details if you have them, and your logo. If your event is already listed on TrueTourney, we start from what's there.
How is this different from my free listing?
Your listing lives on TrueTourney, next to other tournaments, and it's free for good. The website is your own, on your domain, about only your event. Keep both, linked to each other: the listing puts you in front of families comparing weekends, and your page is where they land when they search your event by name.
I run several events. Is it the same price for each?
For a single event, the price above is the whole price. For a series, one site with a page per event costs less per event. Tell us how many on the form and we'll quote it.
